This one was the best but not entered into the contest. Susie met the woman who carved this one about a month before the contest. She was practicing under Bob Hall pier. She makes her living carving sand castles. This one is to promote the contest and was apparently paid for by Prudential. Their logo and name can be seen in the carving.
