The top menu item labeled 'Brisket' is for our technique for smoking meats. It consists of a video outlining our techniques.

This is our latest recipe for BBQ rub. I smear the meat with a thin coating of mustard, then shake on the rub.

The BBQ Baked Beans is a great recipe. We placed in the top 10 at the American Royal Sidedish contest three or four years with an earlier, not so tasty, version. It is simple, using Van Kamps Pork and Beans as a base. The beans have to be carefully and thoroughly rinsed of all of the slurp that comes on them.

Our BBQ Sauce recipe is also a good one. Beats the stuffing out of commercial sauces.

I don't mean to brag, but this will be your favorite cole slaw recipe. My wife's parents came to visit a few winters ago, and we had prepared a double recipe to take to a party. They started working on the ribs and slaw, and kept getting more slaw. By the time they finished, they had eaten most of a head of cabbage. There was only a cup of slaw left.

This is an interesting corn dish, but only if served as suggested. Get some Jiffy Mix corn muffins and add a teaspoon of sugar to the mix. Bake and keep warm. Scoop out the top, leaving most of the muffin intact. Scoop in as much of the corn as it will hold, then serve. This also killed at the American Royal Sidedish contest.

The Fisherman's Stew, although not one of our BBQ recipes, has earned a place here. Sounds bad, tastes good.

The Corn-Free catsup recipe is for people allergic to corn.
